We thank our generous craft donors and many of us enjoy a good old root through and give generously to the honesty box. This system works well and since September 2021, when it was reinstated, it has raised £250 for Carlbeck. We reiterate this because we value it, however, we are getting somewhat behind in our clearing. The Wednesday Middlesborough ladies, and John, were steadfast in taking away our surplus and the Cone Exchange and the Lions accepted our donations. They are still prepared to come and collect some more.
Roy Oxby will painting both inside and outside of the building and Stephanie will do a spring clean- so it’s down to us to clear away the surplus so that they can get cracking. Within reason, we can keep anything that we think we’ll use, and can store tidily. If any of you know local charities and good causes who can use some of the excess, they are very welcome to have some items too.

2-5th June: Possible Platinum Jubilee Celebrations for Lunedale, no details as yet .
4th September: Sunday Afternoon Tea followed by AGM 4.00pm.
